Summary of next steps and obligations of each party
1. If you have not done so already, you must create an account on the RecycleMédias site and report your tonnage for the years 2010 and 2011, even if you have already paid a bill.
2. By January 31, 2013: File your tonnage report for 2012 on the RecycleMédias site.
3. Spring 2013: Billing of contributions for 2012 and 2013 (note that an amount of $200,000 will be redistributed to prescribed persons as part of the billing for 2012, in the form of a credit).
4. Summer or fall 2013: Deadline for bill payment.
5. October 2013: Payment of the management indemnity to Recyc-Québec and of at least 80% of the amounts due to the municipalities.
