To open an account, you must:

Check whether your company is subject to the Act.

Appoint a “first respondent” to be in charge of submitting your reports and who will have authority to file them on behalf of your company.

Ask that person to complete the registration form.

After registration, you will be able to connect to fill a tonnage declaration.

Please keep a copy of the e-mail message and the information provided in your records.
